About the Role

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives on structure, deadlines and collaboration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate tender submissions and produce high‑quality, professional proposals and supporting materials

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development and marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy
  • Review tender documents and coordinate the end‑to‑end bid process
  • Engage internal stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle
  • Coordinate submission timelines, gather inputs and manage approvals
  • Maintain the tender register and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Prepare, format and submit tender documents with accuracy and compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tender‑related queries
  • Provide regular updates to management on tender progress
  • Manage pre‑qualification documentation and maintain company credentials
  • Ensure WHS, quality and environmental requirements are reflected in all submissions
  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for tenders
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and maintain strong internal and supplier relationships

About You

You will bring strong administrative capability, attention to detail and a proactive mindset. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating tender and bid processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • The ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and commercial information
